1. Booking and Reservations:
1.1 Reservation Process: To book our cabin, please use our online
contact form or contact our designated reservation team directly at blackgemcabin@gmail.com. We require guests to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
1.2 Payment: We accept payments through E-transfer and cash. Full payment and a damage deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on our
reservation policies. 1.3 Cancellation: Our
cancellation policy may vary, so please review it carefully when making a reservation. Cancellation fees may apply.
2. Check-In and Check-out:
2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is 11am. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request,.
3. Cabin Rules and Regulations:
3.1 Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in our cabin is eight. This policy is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.
3.2 Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
3.3 Pets: We have a strict no-pets policy in our cabin.
3.4 Noise and Disturbance: The cabin has no noise restriction.
6. Liability:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

9. Reservation Policy:
Guest must pay a damage deposit on top of the per night cost of the rental in-order to book.
10. Cancellation Policy:
Guest must notify our staff 48hr in advance to cancel a stay. Fees will apply for last minute cancellation.
4. Damage Deposite:
A damage deposit of $300 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is refundable, provided there is no damage to the cabin or its contents during your stay. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Guests are required to report any maintenance issues promptly. The management reserves the right to enter the cabin for repairs and maintenance.
